Shipping Policy

We take great pride in ensuring that your plants and products are packaged with care and arrive safely. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines below to ensure a smooth and transparent experience:

Bare Root Shipping: Most plants are shipped bare root, meaning they are carefully removed from their pots and soil before packaging. Each plant is individually wrapped to protect it during transit.

While we take every precaution to ensure your plants arrive healthy and secure, Three Leaves Nursery cannot be held responsible for any damage, delays, or loss once the parcel is in the courier company’s care.

Dispatch Schedule: To prevent plants from being held in unsuitable conditions (such as at courier depots or in delivery vans over weekends), we dispatch plant orders only on Monday and Tuesday mornings.

Orders are packaged and booked for collection after payment has cleared in our account.

Tracking Information: Once your parcel has been shipped, a waybill number will be provided so you can track your delivery directly. Tracking remains the buyer’s responsibility, but if you experience any issues or require assistance, please feel free to contact us, we are always happy to help.

Damages or Concerns: We are committed to excellent customer service. If your parcel or any of its contents arrive damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt (ideally within 24 hours) and include clear photos of the packaging and affected items. We will work with you to find a fair and practical resolution.

Additional Notes: 

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel size. 

    Please note that these rates may be subject to adjustment if your address falls within an outlying area or if courier rates increase. Should any changes occur, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the updated shipping cost.

  • We currently ship within South Africa only.
  • RDT Creations cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times once parcels are in transit.
